Mr. Kornicki is a founding member of the accounting firm Kornicki Accounting, LLC He is also the Managing Member of the law firm Kornicki Law Firm, L.L.C. Both practices are headquartered in Blackwood, New Jersey. Mr. Kornicki concentrates his dual practice of accounting and law in tax and estate planning, although other matters in each discipline are also handled by the appropriate firm.

Prior to forming Kornicki Accounting, LLC, Mr. Kornicki was a partner in a predecessor dual accounting and law practice and prior to that worked as the Controller for a national service company with its corporate office in Philadelphia. Mr. Kornicki has twenty years of experience advising both businesses and individuals while concentrating his practice on the small business owner and highly compensated professional.

Mr. Kornicki holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from La Salle University, a Masters of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in Accounting from La Salle University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Kornicki is also admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Nevada and is a member of the American Association of Attorney - Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, Mr. Kornicki or one of his firms holds memberships in numerous national, state and local bar associations and accounting organizations.
